When you try to get away, they just reel you back in. I say, "Damn!" I'm mortal man, but God I know I ain't free from sin. Place those temptations far, far away. Can't categorize any complaints; can you hear what I say? Backstabbers track back and stand steady on the rim. Waiting for you to fall out of the boat or fall back in. on a cold february night

just out of reach from my

green minded thoughts and head-on right!

everlasting, resounding and then out!

but soon circulating back once again

round and round like being stuck on the roundabout

the train i'm on echoes back within

bouncing around my broken brain

smoldering and simmering...

quiet passes and time stands still
